Mango

Native to Asia, Mango is one of the most delicious and nutritious fruits in the world. This ovoid fruit weighs between 200 and 550 gr per unit, depending on the variety. Its pulp is fleshy, juicy and with a variable presence of fiber, usually its color is orange – yellow, has different proportions of sugar and acidity, depending on the variety. Its skin varies from green, yellow to bright red. A mango of average size contains about 6 grams of soluble fiber, excellent for the digestive system.
